Local Store Pickup
When you pick up your order in the store, our experienced sales associates will be on hand to help answer any questions. Please select the local pickup option at checkout. We are located at 717 S Madison St, Whiteville, NC 28472. 

Delivery to Your Door
Your order will be shipped directly to your door, and if you wish, you can have it gift-wrapped. For your protection, all orders over $500 require signature upon delivery, regardless of any signature waiver on file. All orders will ship within 2 business days.

Returns & Replacements

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days at our physicial location or You may also exchange it within 30 days of purchase at our location.

Watches in original condition (unworn and unaltered) and accompanied by the original packaging, instructions, and warranty documents, may be returned or exchanged within 30 days at our physical location or through

Custom designed merchandise, class rings, special ordered watches and items engraved with personalized information cannot be returned or exchanged.

Exchanges are not accepted at

If you purchased an item from and had it shipped directly to you: Indicate the return reason on the front of the packing slip next to the line item you are returning. Include your packing slip and all original documentation with your merchandise (you may want to make a copy of your packing slip for yourself). Please ship your merchandise pre-paid and insured for the full purchase price to the address indicated on your packing slip. Please Note: Your packing slip must accompany your return. All returns are subject to inspection by our Quality Assurance team before a refund is processed. We will credit your original method of payment excluding delivery charges within 3 weeks of receiving your return. is not responsible for merchandise that it does not receive or that is not returned in accordance with these terms.
